Family Roots

This picture is so bittersweet for me. A brunch was held by our church - Brunch at Tiffany's. My mom and I were there and my aunts, Sandi and Dee were supposed to be there too. It was April 5, 2008. My aunt Dee (who had been battling cancer for a very long while) wasn't feeling well, so Sandi stayed home with her. Oh, how I wish they had been there with us. It was a wonderful morning and well spent with my mom. Dee passed 3 days later. So this layout is dedicated to my aunt Dee who always wanted me to be nicer to my mom! I love you, Dee. I miss you so much.
